Getting the Latest Source Code

MLT uses git and GitHub.

You can get the latest version of the MLT framework source code (including mlt++ and other language bindings) using:

git clone --recursive https://github.com/mltframework/mlt.git

You can browse the repository through the web interface:
https://github.com/mltframework/mlt

Contributing Code

The preferred way to receive code changes is by GitHub Pull Request. If you want to discuss an idea before doing the work, use GitHub Discussions.

Make sure code submissions conform to the Style Guide and Copyright Policy.
